Brutale SMaSH
Brut Pale Ale
ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 34 | SRM: 5

We brewed this dry Brut Pale Ale with our friends from right down Montrose Ave., Omega Yeast Labs. This drinkable SMaSH (single malt, single hop) is brewed with Maris Otter for a malty backbone and loaded up with Triple Pearl hops for lemony, herbaceous qualities.

Barrel-Aged Belgian Quad

Belgian Quadruple Ale aged with cherries and orange peel and barrel-aged for 8 months in Buffalo Trace Rye bourbon barrels.

Slam Dunkel
Munich Dunkel Lager
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 21 | SRM: 20

Dark German Lager brewed with large amounts of Munich malts for a full-bodied and malty backbone. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh & Triple Pearl to balance out the sweetness for a nice, Winter crusher.

Krampus Cookies
Milk Stout
ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 16 | SRM: 37

Milk Stout brewed with single estate cocoa nibs, Tahitian vanilla bean, chocolate malts, and lactose. We then recirculated this brew thru the nibs and ‘nilla until it was oozing with chocolatey and vanilla goodness.


Grains: Maris Otter, Oats, Caramel, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate

Champurrado Krampus
Milk Stout
ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 16 | SRM: 37

Milk Stout brewed with single estate cocoa nibs, Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian vanilla bean, and Ancho & Guajillo chiles. The result is a robust chocolate and cinnamon experience with a tickle of heat.


Grains: Maris Otter, Oats, Caramel, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate
